Correct me if I am wrong but since when is asking for equality synonymous with being insulted for your gender, race or sexual orientation?
Let's not speak of love songs and fairytales, said the moon rabbit to the giant turtle god in the sky. Let's read prose poetry in the back of a peanut can instead.
